With a total surface of 1.300.000 m2 among which 260.000m2 of covered railway lanes near the Austerlitz railway station, this massive development project started at 1991 is the bigger for the French capital since the Haussmann works of the 19th century.

CCS’s Engineering Services team is contributing to this vast operation by providing execution design studies for some prestigious projects starting with

Île Seguin-Rives de Seine is a 740.000 m2 development project programmed for the old Renault plots in Boulogne-Billancourt, ideally located in the heart of Grand Paris and Culture Valley.

CCS’s Engineering Services team is glad to participate to this project by performing the vibration risk assessment for a 100m footbridge, delivered on site April 2016, which links the prestigious Music City building on the Seguin Island to the Seine left bank and the T2 Tramway.
